WANT TO BE PART OF OUR SUCCESS?
LOCAL GIVING
Our latest fundraising campaign is to support our latest production Shoulder to Shoulder and its associated outreach work.
We’ve developed an exciting programme of community music workshops through our work with Men’s Shed Cymru, the charity that supports older men to build friendships and end loneliness and social isolation.
Due to the HUGE demand with many more people wanting to take part in the project, we’ve launched a fundraising campaign through Local Giving. Find out more HERE
WANT TO BE PART OF OUR SUCCESS?
These are challenging times for many of us. The funding climate calls for small-scale arts organisations like Swansea City Opera to be as entrepreneurial and creative as possible to make a firm financial foundation for our work to continue. SCO tours high quality opera across the UK; often to areas that are often miles away from big cities, keeping opera fans in touch with the art form. As part of its touring work, SCO also undertakes education talks and participatory workshops with a broad range of community groups. This important work develops new audiences for Opera.
WANT TO CELEBRATE SOMETHING SPECIAL?
We have undertaken fundraising concerts in village halls in partnership with the many supporters of Swansea City Opera up and down the UK. These have been a great success with sell-out events. Perhaps, you’re part of a thriving local community who would like a unique event to celebrate something special? We’re fortunate to be part of a network of fine singers and instrumentalists all over the UK and we can create a bespoke event for you and your fellow opera lovers if you fundraise for us. Do get in touch if you’d like to find out more. Tel: 01874 690 or email: enquiries@swanseacityopera.com

SWANSEA CITY OPERA SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Part of Swansea’s City Opera’s remit is to be a proud ambassador for the name, city and culture of Swansea, Wales Waterfront City, to Wales and the UK during our nationwide tour.
We produce a high quality programme to accompany our performances with a section about Swansea, highlighting the city’s attractions, leisure facilities and businesses. It is an ideal marketing opportunity for high quality businesses to connect with niche ABC1 discerning and affluent customers.
Your business becomes part of the theatre experience. The programme is a memento of a wonderful evening – audiences buy it, read it and take it home to pass on to family and friends. Projected sales of the programme are calculated at 18,000 reaching a potential readership of 72,000.
Why not become associated with our critically acclaimed Opera company by becoming a Sponsor of Swansea City Opera? Benefits include promotion in the programme and other marketing. There is also limited advertising space within the Swansea section of the programme.
